AWhat this site holds, which is nothing
These pages are files on a server. There is no login, no account, no comment field and no form that sends anything anywhere. The site sets no cookies and writes nothing to the browser: no identifier, no preference, no record that you were here. There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no social embed, so there is no third party being told that this page was opened.
A web server that answers a request necessarily sees the request, and the hosting provider keeps its own operational logs. This office does not read those logs, does not report on them and does not join them to anything else.
- Cookies
- None, of any kind. There is nothing to consent to, which is why there is no banner asking you to.
- Stored in the browser
- Nothing. Nothing in local storage, nothing in session storage, no identifier of any kind.
- Measurement
- None. No counter, no heat map, no error reporter, no session recorder.
BThe one request these pages make outside themselves
The two typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. Each page asks fonts.googleapis.com for a stylesheet and then fonts.gstatic.com for the font files, which means Google’s servers see that request and the address it came from. That is the only outside request any page here makes, and it is named because naming it is more use than a general assurance about privacy.
Everything else is served from this domain: the stylesheet, the one script, the two favicon files. The drawings are inline vector markup in the pages themselves — there are no image files, so nothing is fetched to display a diagram.
CWhat the two sheets do with what you type
Sheet A on the front page and Sheet B on the Inspections page are arithmetic. They read the dates and figures typed into them, do the addition in the browser and print the working on screen. Nothing is sent anywhere, nothing is saved, and closing the tab ends it: reopen the page and the fields are empty again.
Both sheets are also deliberately empty of figures. They publish no response period and no inspection cycle, quote nothing from the managing association’s schedule and state no statutory timescale. Every number in a result came from the person at the keyboard, which is why each sheet prints that line underneath the working.
DWhat the office holds, and who reads it
The office record is separate from this site and much older in kind: paper and files about tenancies, repairs, inspections, keys and units. It exists because the managing association requires it. The association is therefore its reader, and the returns described across this site are the route by which it is read.
- Tenancy files
- Agreements and amendments, sign-up and end-of-tenancy condition records, key receipts, meter notes, notices, correspondence, and the contact details given to the office.
- Repairs records
- Reports as they were received, the lane each was sorted into, works orders, what operatives recorded, and the weekly logs built from them.
- Inspection records
- The completed sheets, the access and no-access entries, and the quarterly registers.
- Unit records
- Keys held and signed for, meter readings, void condition notes, and records of communal parts held against a building rather than a tenancy.
- Who else reads it
- The operative attending a job sees the order for that job. Nobody outside the office and the association is sent a record except where the law requires it, and that would be recorded too.
EHow long, and how to ask what is on your file
Records are kept for as long as the instruction under which they were made requires them to be kept. This office does not set that period and does not publish a figure for it here, because a figure published on a web page would be read as a commitment this office is not the one making. If you want to know the period that applies to a particular record, ask and the office will tell you what it is working to.
To ask what is held about your tenancy, write to lettings@jncotrading.online or to the office address below, with the tenancy reference or the full address. The office will tell you what is on the file, when each document was written and the reference it sits under. A request of that kind is itself logged, with the date it arrived and the date it was answered — the same treatment as everything else that comes in.
JNCO TRADING LTD, company number 17408126, D-U-N-S 235088132, is the company responsible for these records and for this site.
